Pertemps Network Catering was established in 1977 by Val Richards and Gail Marsh. We have been providing permanent and temporary staff to the Hospitality and Catering industry ever since. Our consultants are experts in their field, allowing them to provide an exceptional service, by understanding our clients and candidates needs. Here at Pertemps Network Catering, our team are divided into two specialist focuses, permanent and temporary, meaning as a client you will be provided a full consultative service regarding your requirements, more importantly each piece of recruitment is tailored to your needs.

Our temporaries team is led by our dedicated Temporaries Team Leader Helen Sandland. Helen’s knowledge of the temporary marketplace is second to none, and her team support comes in the form of dedicated Catering & Hospitality consultants Claire Beedon and Emma Smith. Each member of this team has built a solid reputation in the industry from being one of the longest standing recruitment teams in our sector, something we believe adds value to your business when choosing us as your recruitment partner. Helen oversees and looks after a lot of our A-Z business and has built a solid client base in her time with Pertemps Network Catering, Claire and Emma mainly look after and develop Birmingham’s biggest account with Claire focusing on Domestic Cleaners and Emma focusing on Kitchen Assistant and Food Service positions.

Our permanent recruitment team is headed up by Dan Braithwaite, Joel Whitehouse and Kelly Spencer. Dan’s recruitment experience comes from the Catering & Hospitality sector having worked for other blue chip organisations in a managerial capacity. Dan started out in recruitment in 2002, and has an enviable reputation in our marketplace having long standing relationships with both candidates and clients, a great source of information he most definitely is. Dan’s focus is on Senior Management, Front of house and Front office positions. Joel who is both recruitment and industry experienced has run public houses, kitchens and has a sound solid knowledge on what is hot and what is not in our marketplace. Joel has worked with some of The Midlands’ most prestigious venues and is a reliable source for clients and candidates alike. Joel joined Pertemps Network Catering in 2013 and is a solid member of our team focusing on all Chef and Back of house vacancies in the hotel, leisure and restaurants sector.
